What this site collects

Purchases (through Polar) and kit delivery (through GitHub). Nothing else: no sign-up list, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts on this site. Videos and fonts load from this site.

Hosting

The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host may process your IP address in server logs to deliver the pages.

Purchases

When you buy, the checkout runs on Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing address and payment details under their own privacy policy, and they send the receipt, the repository invite and the download link. Polar shows us your order (name, email, country, product, amount) so we can give support and handle refunds. Legal basis: the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Kit delivery

If you give Polar your GitHub username at checkout, Polar invites that account to our private repository on GitHub (GitHub, Inc.) with read access, and removes it after a refund. GitHub then shows us your username and when you accepted the invite, and its audit log records who cloned the repository. We see nothing of what you make with the kits. Legal basis: the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). [LAWYER: GitHub and Polar are US companies; check transfer note]

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data.

Your rights
